It all begins with being a member of the Church via salvation in and devotion to Christ alone. You don’t need to be a member of a local expression of the Church to become a member of capital C Church.
So, the question we’re addressing today is "Why Membership" in a local expression of the Church of Jesus Christ matters. I want you to see today that once you become a member of the Capital C Church, you DO NEED to become a member of a local expression for a very simple reason. Christians were never intended to live with and for Jesus solely as individuals.
