Ruminate on God’s Word this week and meditate on what the Holy Spirit wants to say to you using the following thought-provokers.
Take some time to honestly see your attitudes and actions. Do they reflect the reality that the God you are following is in complete control?
How might God’s absolute sovereignty affect your view of the upcoming election? Could it bring peace in the midst of all the angst around us? Might it be an opportunity to allow Christ in you to shine brightly?
Does your life reflect the joy, gentleness, gratitude, and peace that Philippians 4:4-7 describes? How might seeing God in total control affect your day-to-day outlook and actions?
