Are there ways you catch yourself with a poor attitude about serving God? Are there things that trigger that kind of reaction? What can you do to maintain a “this is the best thing ever” attitude about living with Jesus in you?
Philippians 2 says that Jesus emptied/ humbled Himself by obeying God’s plan to come to earth to die on the cross for your sins. Having the same attitude as Jesus means that we likewise obey God without grumbling and arguing. But just like God exalted Jesus, he says that if we take that same attitude, He will cause us to shine like stars in the world. What do you think shining like stars means?
