Penn Medicine Blood Drive

Blood Drive at  
Alliance Church in Elizabethtown 

All donors presenting will receive a gift of their choice 
plus a $10 off $50 voucher from our friends at

You must be age 16 to 79 to donate blood. 
Age 16 will need a signed parental consent.
