Missions Potluck w/ Bruce & Stephanie Beers

We'd like to have a missions potluck when Bruce and Steph Beers are in town on Saturday, November 23 from 4-6 p.m. It'll be for the whole church. I'm sure that is easier said than done. What do you need from me/our committee to help with this?
